We offer a new program model where the philanthropy invests an initial amount that helps prime the pump on a revenue model that will support the project moving forward. The project is made up of private businesses, non-profits and institutions and government. The philanthropy helps fund the 1st year of the project, then the project is not only self-funding, but is actively supporting the non-profits that have participated in the project.

This allows the project to not come back to the philanthropy year after year - it's one donation and it's done.

Philanthropies play an important but temporary role in this model as an initial funder, but can also continue to influence the distribution and content creation.

Ultimately not only does this mean more impact from scalable and self-sufficient models, but it also frees up more capital for other projects that normally don't get funded.
